Hi, I'm Ellen Oppold, and I'm a licensed professional counselor for adults.

Life can be tough, and you don’t have to figure it all out alone. My main goal is to offer a safe, comfortable space where we can explore what’s on your mind and find a path forward.

We’ll work together in a way that feels right for you. Sometimes that means processing old wounds that are still causing pain. Other times, it’s about learning how to handle those difficult thoughts and feelings that show up, so you can focus your energy on what truly matters.

I get that starting therapy can bring up a lot of different emotions. Wherever you are on that spectrum—anxious, hopeful, or somewhere in between—I’m ready to start there with you.
