Jessica Stokes

Hello!

My name is Jessica Stokes and I am a mental health professional who works with children along with their parents/guardians and families. I am currently working towards my Registered Play Therapist (RPT™) credential under the supervision of Emily Learing.

Some of my interests include working with children 3-10 who have behavioral challenges, experienced trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, or are going through life transitions. I have several years of experience as a consultant working with childcare providers, directors, and families to decrease behavioral challenges and prevent childhood expulsion. In addition to working with your child, I am also able to provide parenting education and support regarding parenting concerns you may have.

My goal is to create a space that is nonjudgmental and safe. I don’t want therapy to feel awkward or uncomfortable. So, when you enter my office, you will be greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. I strive to make the therapy experience a comfortable place for you and your child to share, explore, and play.

Together, we will develop goals that fit your child’s needs. Throughout this journey we will work together to obtain those goals and help your child thrive and be successful. I am glad you are here, and I look forward to working with you and your child!
